Key Responsibilities * Coordinate site connectivity initiatives across multiple construction and operational workstreams. * Act as the primary interface between site operations, Digital & IT, suppliers and programme delivery teams. * Support the mobilisation of connectivity services into new buildings, compounds and operational areas. * Engage with facilities, construction, logistics and contractor teams to understand site requirements and constraints. * Ensure appropriate governance, assurance and approval activities are completed. * Support investment cases, project documentation and programme reporting where required. * Coordinate supplier activities and ensure delivery commitments are understood and tracked. * Escalate blockers and delivery risks proactively. * Maintain stakeholder alignment across operational and project teams. * Support operational transition and handover activities for connectivity services. Key Skills & Experience: * Experience coordinating complex infrastructure, facilities, telecommunications, networking, or connectivity projects * Experience with physical hardware fit design, planning, procurement, and installation for the above activities * Experience working on large site mobilisation programmes * Experience working alongside: * Facilities Management teams * Site Operations teams * Construction delivery teams * Network and telecommunications engineers * Infrastructure or IT operations teams * Internet, and Telephony Service providers and contractors Qualifications & Experience: * Relevant qualifications and experience in one or more business architecture disciplines: process management, business analysis, management information, or IT system development. Understand business problems and translate them into clear, structured requirements. * Experience delivering business architecture solutions that remove duplication and improve operational efficiency. Turn requirements into practical IT delivery packages (processes, user stories, data needs, etc.). Work comfortably with technical teams and concepts. * Familiarity with ONR licence conditions and cyber/nuclear security requirements relevant to IT-enabled change. * Experience of formal project management approaches (eg, PRINCE2) and tools. * Experience of procurement activities (RFI, ITT) and evaluation processes. * Proven experience in developing investment cases for large, complex programmes. * Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business. * Experience on another major capital project like HS2, Lower Thames Crossing, Thames Tideway, TransPennine Route Upgrade, etc. Key Competencies: Ability to integrate and align processes and systems across organisational boundaries. * Fosters cross-functional collaboration to identify optimal solutions. * Translates strategy into actionable objectives and measures. * Encourages continuous improvement and constructive challenge to the status quo. * Builds trust and credibility with stakeholders by delivering on commitments. * Maintains commercial awareness and considers wider impacts of decisions.
