AlphaLoops seeks an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer to work closely with customer teams, designing and deploying integrations that embed AlphaLoops into daily workflows. You'll mix engineering with direct customer collaboration across CRM ecosystems and data platforms. Based in London, you'll join two to three customers per quarter, own escalations end to end, and continually translate field learnings into product priorities.

Location: London Status Open Working closely with Eric Tys About the role You'll work directly with customer teams - sometimes from our office, often from theirs - to deliver the integrations and configurations that make AlphaLoops fit their existing workflow. The role mixes engineering with deep customer collaboration: you'll spend time on wholesale desks, in their CRM, and across their data infrastructure, then bring what you learn back into our product priorities. What you'll do Lead integration and deployment work for two to three customers per quarter. Build and maintain connectors for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and customer warehouses. Spend regular time on customer desks; feed observations back into engineering priorities. Own customer facing escalations end to end, from first report to resolution. What we're looking for Four or more years as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or senior Integrations Engineer. Strong working knowledge of at least one major CRM (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics). Solid SQL and comfort working across enterprise data systems. Excellent communication; comfortable in front of senior stakeholders. Nice to have - Experience in asset management, wealth management, or another part of financial services.

Build the retrieval, ranking, and generation systems behind AlphaLoops - the layer that turns CRM and market data into account briefs the team can rely on. Location: London Working closely with Tys and Tom. Status Open About the role You'll own the model layer that powers our core product: account briefs, call prep, and outbound drafts. The bar is reliability - every output is reviewed by a customer's wholesale desk, so accuracy, traceability, and latency need to clear a high standard. You'll work closely with Tys, the rest of engineering, and customers themselves on a system that has to perform in production, not just in a demo. What you'll do Design, build, and maintain retrieval and generation pipelines on multi tenant CRM and market data. Own the evaluation harness - accuracy, latency, cost - and the workflows that keep it honest. Work directly with customers to translate domain expertise into model behaviour. Keep outputs traceable and reviewable, with the right balance of determinism and flexibility. What we're looking for Three or more years building and shipping production ML or LLM systems. Experience with retrieval architectures (RAG, hybrid search, re rankers) on real enterprise data. Strong fundamentals in evaluation, observability, and data quality. Comfortable working closely with customers and turning their feedback into changes in the model. Nice to have: Experience in financial services, asset management, or another regulated domain.
