White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor for a 30-hour contract with weekend work. You will support the Shop Manager in delivering exceptional customer experience, manage commercial standards, and lead the team to achieve targets. You'll drive promotions, monitor KPIs, and ensure floor presentation and stock replenishment meet brand standards while coaching and developing colleagues.
