Key Responsibilities Act as the technical lead within the Network Operations Centre, owning complex incidents and escalations. Design, deploy, maintain, and optimise network and wireless solutions across customer environments. Deliver high quality professional services, including network installs, migrations, upgrades, and consultancy work. Provide 3rd line support to the Service Desk when required, assisting with root cause analysis and problem management. Support and upskill junior engineers, sharing knowledge and best practice across the team. Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, including LLDs, network diagrams and survey reports.
