Key Responsibilities We are seeking someone who: Has substantial experience teaching, training or assessing apprentices Understands the unique challenges and opportunities within apprenticeship delivery Has a track record of improving learner achievement, progress and employer satisfaction Has experience coaching, mentoring or delivering CPD to colleagues Can support teachers, trainers and assessors to develop innovative and impactful practice Is confident using digital technologies, including AI, to enhance learning and assessment Can analyse quality, compliance and performance information to inform improvement activity The successful candidate will work with apprenticeship managers, curriculum teams and the wider TLA team to design and deliver professional development, carry out learning walks, identify effective practice and support colleagues to improve outcomes for apprentices and employers. The role includes 0.2 delivery within apprenticeship provision to ensure your practice remains current and credible.
