You will also get hands-on with data quality, system administration, and process improvement, using AI-enabled tools to work smarter. This is a role that gives you real exposure early - to enterprise systems, global teams, and the kind of problems that matter to a business.How You Will ContributeSupport users across our global applications, resolving issues and responding to queriesHandle system admin tasks including configuration, user access, and account setupMaintain and govern master data to keep our platforms accurate and reliableTroubleshoot and escalate incidents, tracking them through to resolutionContribute to process improvements that make systems work better for everyoneMaintain documentation and support knowledge sharing across the teamEssential RequirementsA degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field1+ years IT support/service desk experienceA foundational understanding of IT systems and enterprise applicationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication skills and a customer-focused approachAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasksDesirable RequirementsITIL Foundation certification is a bonus, not a mustExposure to CRM, ERP or similar systemsFamiliarity with tools like ServiceNow or JiraInterest in building a career in IT support or enterprise systemsOur Commitment to our PeopleWe are a diverse and growing workforce of over 1,000 people across eight countries globally.
