Salesforce Technical Project Manager (FTC) Borough, South London (SE1 1EP) - Hybrid The Role Salesforce is the operational backbone of the business, supporting commercial, operational, and customer-facing workflows across all brands. We are in an active period of platform growth, implementing Data Cloud, exploring AI-driven workflows through Salesforce Agentforce, and clearing legacy technical debt to build a stronger foundation for the next phase of the business. This is a role for someone who wants to be right in the middle of that. We're looking for a mid-weight Salesforce Technical Project Manager to own and drive the delivery of high-impact CRM and platform projects across the business. This is a hands on role: you'll be expected to scope, design, and deliver, working autonomously and making sound technical decisions independently while keeping internal stakeholders aligned and our external MSP and contractors focused and accountable. You'll work closely with our internal CRM Manager, with a portion of your time dedicated to their technical development and growth. This is a collaborative relationship, not a line management one, but it is an important part of the role. The internal teams you'll serve include Operations, Customer Experience, Technology, Sales, and Buyer Recruitment. This is an operationally focused Salesforce role, not a marketing Salesforce role, though familiarity with Salesforce marketing modules is a welcome bonus. This is a Fixed Term Contract (6 months), with potential to convert to permanent, reporting to the Head of Event Technology. Responsibilities Leading end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, from scoping and solution design through to implementation and handover. Managing scoping, quality assurance, and stakeholder communications for projects delivered with our MSP and contractors. Designing technically sound solutions using Apex, Flow, and Salesforce integration architecture. Getting hands on when needed, you won't always have a developer available, and you should be comfortable stepping in. Resolving existing technical debt and Apex issues, working through a backlog of structural improvements that underpin future platform capability. Leading the implementation of Data Cloud, establishing the data architecture to support our operational and AI ambitions. Researching and driving the implementation of Salesforce Agentforce Coworker, working through prerequisites, and building a phased adoption recommendation. Owning project timelines, stakeholder communications, and delivery milestones across concurrent workstreams (budget and high-level timeline ownership sit with the Head of Event Technology). Actively mentoring and upskilling our CRM Manager to support her in achieving the Salesforce CRM Admin certification, dedicating at least 10% of your time to this. Due to the nature of our work, you may occasionally be required to work outside standard hours to support events or meet key deadlines. Qualifications Demonstrable hands on experience with Flow, Salesforce integration architecture, and at least a working knowledge of APEX. Strong project management skills: you're comfortable owning a project from brief to delivery without close supervision. The ability to design scalable and future-proof solutions and explain and defend your technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience coordinating with external developers, MSPs, or contractors, scoping work, reviewing quality, and keeping delivery on track. A collaborative working style with a genuine interest in sharing knowledge and building capability in others. Comfortable working across a range of internal teams with varying levels of technical literacy. Familiarity with Service Cloud, Data Cloud and/or Agentforce is a strong advantage, or a clear track record of getting up to speed quickly on new Salesforce products. Salesforce certifications. Benefits Basic salary of £60,000 - £65,000 (pro rata for the length of the fixed term contract). 28 days holiday plus UK bank holidays, with additional days awarded for length of service. A centrally located London office with a summer terrace within walking distance of the world-famous Borough Market. Regular employee social events supported by our Happiness & Culture team. Monthly contribution towards Bupa private health insurance (post probation). Employee Assistance Program offering confidential wellbeing support. Enhanced maternity and paternity leave to support growing families. 4 pm Friday finish!
