About the role:
The Information Projects Co-ordinator will primarily work on an organisation wide programme to improve the ways in which we share, collaborate and manage information through the implementation and embedding of a SharePoint system. You will be responsible for the operational administration of SharePoint including supporting users, analysing needs, designing sites, uploading content and administering user permissions.
You will play an integral role within the Information Management and Technology departments providing support to a number of projects through co-ordinating communications, following up actions with project members, developing project timelines and delivering general project support.
This is a good opportunity for those interested in increasing their experience of project work and developing their skills in the use of database and / or content management systems.
About you:
The ideal candidate will have experience of information management practices, supporting projects and working with database systems. They should be an effective communicator, able to negotiate and influence others. They should also be highly organised and able to prioritise and manage their time effectively.

The Database Manager will also act as the business lead for Services and Fundraising, interpreting management information requirements, deriving solutions directly with users and managing the resulting technical development or implementation projects.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and able to evidence formal educational exposure to database systems.
