We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Aircraft Maintenance Planning Administrator to join our busy team. Purpose of the Role: The Aircraft Maintenance Planning Administrator will be a crucial link between our clients, maintenance teams, and management. You will be responsible for co-ordinating the scheduling, documentation, and logistical planning for helicopter maintenance projects. This role requires strong administrative rigor and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes aviation environment. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities, working closely with maintenance managers and technicians. Manage and track all associated documentation (work packs, compliance records, certifications) for maintenance projects. Manage day-to-day communications effectively and efficiently with internal teams and external clients regarding project status and requirements. Manage and follow up on customer requirements and short-term actions under pressure, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication. Maintain and update the maintenance tracking system and company database Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with our clients and partners. Good interpersonal and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex schedules and documentation. IT/IS Computer Literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly adapt to inhouse maintenance tracking software. Ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and follow up customer requirements and short-term actions under pressure. Previously experience working within the Aviation industry and in particular, Planning, would be advantageous. Must have the legal right to work in the UK. Proficiency in English is required. Must have a clean UK driving license and own mode of transport.
