What You'll Be Doing Define and deliver the Information Systems roadmap for the Gloucester MRO site, ensuring it supports business priorities while aligning with Safran's global IS strategy. Lead, coach and inspire a team of Service Delivery Analysts and Software Developers, empowering them to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Drive major business-wide technology projects that improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and support long-term growth. Build strong partnerships between the Gloucester site and Safran's Global IS function, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and the sharing of best practices. Partner with the Quality & Safety Manager to implement and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS), supporting compliance with the latest EASA Part-IS regulations. Ensure exceptional day-to day IT service by championing excellent customer support and continually improving service delivery. Act as the voice of the business, translating operational needs into technology solutions that create measurable value. Facilitate agile sprint planning, ensuring development priorities remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Keep stakeholders informed through clear communication on project progress, risks, priorities, and future plans. Gather and analyse business requirements, transforming them into clear technical specifications for the development team. Lead the full lifecycle of new applications. What you will bring University degree or equivalent in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or Management Information Systems. Proven experience in team leadership and line management. Skilled in business and technical requirements analysis, as well as business process modelling, data modelling, and methodology development. Experienced in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, and products. Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks including a strong knowledge of network security, cloud security and secure software development practices. Extensive hands on experience importing and preparing data for use in reporting tools, spreadsheets, graphs, and process visualisations. Able to create both technical and user-friendly operational procedures in a clear, structured format. Demonstrated project management expertise, including proficiency with Scrum, Agile methodologies, and MS Project.

As a Tableau Developer & Data Analytics Specialist, you will help modernise our reporting and analytics capabilities by creating impactful dashboards and data visualisations that support business critical decision making. What you'll be doing: Designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Tableau dashboards and reports Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights Working closely with stakeholders to deliver user focused analytics solutions Analyzing data from multiple enterprise systems and SQL databases Writing and optimising SQL queries to support reporting needs Collaborating with the Digital Operations DBA team to understand and enhance data sources What You'll Bring Essential Some hands on experience with Tableau Desktop (academic, personal, or commercial) and an interest in data visualization Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of how to query and work with data Ability to create clear and easy to understand dashboards or reports An interest in data analysis, with the ability to identify trends and insights Good communication skills, with the ability to explain findings clearly Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively A proactive and self motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn Strong teamworking and interpersonal skills Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high quality work A positive approach and willingness to take initiative Desirable Experience using Tableau Prep or other data preparation tools (even at a basic level) Exposure to working with databases or large datasets Awareness of additional database technologies (e.g. MongoDB, Oracle) Experience gathering requirements or working with stakeholders (e.g. through projects, placements, or internships) An interest in dashboard design, user experience, and data storytelling Demonstrated problem solving skills and curiosity when working with data Here, we craft excellence together.
