What You'll Do Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Remove impediments and help teams maintain delivery momentum. Foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams. Drive Scrum maturity and guide teams toward self-organization. Work closely with stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges. Create a safe, trusting environment that encourages collaboration and problem-solving. Coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams within large programmes. Job Title: Sr. Test Engineer with Cypress Expected Work Experience: 3 to 6 Years Job Location: Leeds, UK - 3 days travel to office SC Eligibility: Good to have Job Summary Sr. Test Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests for APIs and web applications using Cypress API Framework to ensure high quality, reliable, and scalable software delivery. Candidate must have relevant experience of 3 to 6 Years. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for RESTful APIs using Cypress API Framework. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and define clear test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Implement robust test data management and test environment setup for API and UI automation. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and fast feedback. Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or similar) for automated test execution. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Experience working in agile development environments (Scrum or Kanban). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
