Development & Technical Delivery Build, maintain and optimise websites and e-commerce platforms Work across multiple CMS and e-commerce systems, including: WordPress, Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Webflow, Other CMS platforms as required Implement custom functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and related technologies Troubleshoot bugs and resolve technical issues Ensure websites are secure, performant, mobile friendly and SEO compliant Manage website migrations, updates, integrations and ongoing maintenance Client Management Act as a primary technical contact for assigned clients Attend client meetings and discovery sessions Manage client expectations and communicate project progress clearly Handle phone calls, emails and support requests professionally Translate technical requirements into practical solutions Work closely with account managers to deliver projects on time and within scope AI & Innovation Utilise AI powered tools and platforms to improve development workflows Identify opportunities to implement AI solutions for client projects Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practice Assist in developing AI enhanced digital experiences and automations This role would suit someone who has: Minimum 5 years' experience in web development Experience with CMS platforms, WordPress and Shopify (essential) Excellent desk management and organisational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal An open and enthusiastic approach to AI and new technologies The ability to manage your workload and work collaboratively A full UK driving licence
