You will take ownership of complex projects and mentor junior developers. Successful candidates will have at least 3 years of commercial software development experience in the UK and a degree-level education in a relevant discipline. We offer a salary between £35,000 and £45,000 with opportunities for career progression.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our growing development team. You'll take ownership of complex projects, mentor junior developers, and play a pivotal role in shaping our technical solutions across multiple industries - including Data and AI initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern technologies Take ownership of features and modules from requirements through to deployment Lead and participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues, optimising performance and reliability Architect and implement database solutions, including design and maintenance Deploy and maintain cloud-hosted solutions (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) Drive agile development processes - sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives Engage confidently with clients, supporting our Managed Service offering Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft-related technical issues for clients Stay current with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to the team Minimum 3 years' commercial software development experience gained within the UK - this is a strict requirement.
