We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful projects within the professional services industry-ideally with exposure to software delivery or digital transformation initiatives. This is a client facing role, and you will be instrumental in scoping, planning, leading, and executing projects with cross functional internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Plan, manage, and deliver end to end professional services projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are aligned with project KPIs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management at all stages of the project lifecycle. Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor spend, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership to ensure profitability and efficiency. Track and manage critical project milestones, proactively addressing risks, blockers, and delays with actionable mitigation plans. Work cross functionally with consultants, developers, product teams, and client stakeholders to align on deliverables and ensure resource optimization. Provide regular status reports, steering packs, and project health dashboards to both internal leadership and client sponsors. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience managing projects in a professional services or consulting environment, with a strong preference for those with software related delivery experience. Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, with budgets ranging from £30k to £1M+. Strong ability to manage client relationships, navigate challenging stakeholder dynamics, and influence senior level decision makers. Expertise in managing budgets, schedules, resources, and risks across the full project lifecycle. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor information for technical and non technical audiences. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent). Desirable (Not Essential) Experience working on or alongside Salesforce implementation, customization, or integration projects. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software platforms.
