CNC Turner / Programmer / Setter Location: Orpington Salary: £17-£18 per hour, negotiable for exceptional experience Right Match Recruitment Group are proud to be partnering with a leading automation engineering company in Kent. We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join their team. The Role: You will be responsible for programming and setting parts on CNC turning centres and horizontal machining centres . You should be confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings, with a strong understanding of fixture design and workholding to ensure jobs are operator-friendly. Requirements: Proven experience as a CNC Turner, ideally time-served Fully conversant with CNC turning centres and horizontal machining centres Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds Ability to work efficiently to close tolerances High standard of quality and attention to detail This is a hands-on role within a team where flexibility and a proactive approach are highly valued. Entry-Level Configurator Developer Location: Dartford, Kent Salary: 13.85 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm Temp to perm role A leading global manufacturer within the fire safety industry is seeking an Entry-Level Configurator Developer to join its growing IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or junior developer looking to build a career in ERP development and manufacturing software. Full training will be provided on the ERP system, making this an ideal role for someone with a solid programming foundation and a willingness to learn. The Role You will support the development, maintenance and improvement of product configurators within the ERP system, working alongside experienced developers on a variety of business-critical projects. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of configurators. Modify existing configurator logic to meet business requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve configurator issues. Write and maintain C# code. Develop and maintain LINQ queries. Test configurators before deployment. Support senior developers with new functionality and enhancements. Document development work and follow coding standards. Essential Skills Basic knowledge of C#. Basic understanding of LINQ. Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases. Experience Degree, HNC/HND, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Development or a related discipline.
