As a Legal Business Analyst, you will rotate across fee earning, effective working, and business development roles, providing crucial support to associates, partners, and other business professionals within the firm. Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring efficient operation of our legal practice and delivering high quality services to our clients. You must be a final year university student or a graduate who can begin employment on September 15th, 2026. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for miscellaneous tasks and special projects using a variety of software applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Adobe) including spreadsheets, charts, graphics, presentations, forms, PDF conversions, signature packets, and closing sets. Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency according to the firm standards. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Conduct legal research and assist in drafting legal documents to support transactional preparation. Review legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency while proofreading documents according to the Business Practice Group's guidelines. Create social media and online marketing materials, as well as research and produce blog and podcast content. Contribute to the expansion and development of the London office through various finance and business related tasks. SPECIFIC SKILLS REQUIRED Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote) and Adobe Professional. Attention to detail with excellent analytical, organizational, proofreading, and quality control skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, with effective expression, excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling. Ability to work effectively in teams and independently, with limited direction on complex tasks. Effective prioritisation and management of multiple, simultaneous deadlines in a fast paced environment. Rapid learning of new skills and organisation of and tracking of legal documents. Strong work ethic, problem solving capabilities, and ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with personnel while managing confidential information sensitively and discreetly. SPECIFIC SKILLS PREFERRED Strong interest in the legal or business industry, including an understanding of corporate and transactional terminology and processes and financial information. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Achieved or be on track to achieving a 2.1 at degree level (any discipline). Has obtained AAB at A-Level or equivalent. Proficiency with standard MS Office applications. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT UK work authorization required. This position requires on site presence at the London office. Remote work is not an option.
