The Role As IT Support Operations Manager, you'll lead a small Service Desk team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality IT support service across the business. Alongside managing day-to-day support operations, you'll play a key role in delivering IT projects, driving continuous improvement, and acting as the senior technical escalation point for more complex issues.
