You will play a key role in preparing and delivering hands-on demonstrations, assisting students, customers and maintaining technical equipment in a safe and effective learning environment.Key responsibilities:Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations to support lectures, workshops, and lab sessionsSet up, test, and maintain laboratory or workshop equipmentEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsProvide technical guidance and troubleshooting during practical sessionsSupport the development of teaching materials and demonstration resourcesMaintain inventory and order supplies as requiredKey requirements:Practical experience working with technical equipment or within laboratory environments, combined with a strong hands-on and detail-oriented approachPrevious body shop experience would be advantageousStrong problem-solving skills with excellent organizational abilities and a proactive, adaptable mindsetAbility to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to a range of audiences, supported by strong interpersonal skillsExperience supporting teaching, learning, or training activities is desirableBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunities for professional developmentSupportive working environmentAccess to modern facilities and equipmentAxalta operates its business in two segments: Performance Coatings and Mobility Coatings, which serve four end markets, including Refinish, Industrial, Light Vehicle and Commercial Vehicle, across North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific.
