We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is specifically accountable for delivering sales and margin growth for your customer base. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong customer relationships within a targeted territory. Develop sales strategies and tactics tailored to the required territory. Communicate effectively with Branch, Regional, and Senior Management. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, field based trainers, and product managers. Analyse business intelligence software to drive performance. Influence branch management and the sales team to achieve goals. Qualifications Customer focused approach with excellent selling skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Commercial awareness and knowledge of competitor activity and market conditions. Extensive experience with customer account management. Previous experience delivering sales and margin growth in a B2B environment. Experience in finding and developing new business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
