Job Details Fixed term position working Monday to Friday covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. Role offers a salary of £29,288.09, depending on skills and experience. Key Responsibilities Perform data entry, data retrieval, database maintenance, and compile regular operational reports. Support the management of the relationship between Bleckmann and Amazon, helping to build and maintain a strong long term partnership. Monitor and analyse site KPIs, identifying performance issues and escalating breaches to relevant stakeholders. Prepare Weekly Business Review (WBR) reports and support the creation of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Manage client expectations and ensure exceptional customer service remains at the forefront of all activities. Collaborate closely with site management teams to improve stock accuracy, service levels, and the successful delivery of client focused projects, including full physical stock counts. Liaise with warehouse management to ensure operational readiness for volume fluctuations, promotional activity, peak trading periods, and other client driven changes. Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing efficiency, quality, productivity, and capacity. Provide support across the operation and undertake additional duties as required to support site and business objectives. Skills & Experience Required Minimum of 2 years' administrative experience within a logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environment. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and trends. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Experience monitoring KPIs and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and manipulation of large datasets. Ability to learn and develop expert level knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
