About Your Program You'll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early career talent hands on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. About You Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to build data models and design KPI/indicator systems that reflect real business performance. Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel, or BI tools like Tableau/PowerBI) to monitor trends and investigate anomalies. Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, identifying business risks, user needs, and growth opportunities.
