Reporting to the Operational Excellence Manager, you will lead lean and process improvement initiatives, coach teams, and drive operational excellence across the Commercial Aircraft Group. Key Responsibilities Lead development and implementation of lean processes and process variation reduction initiatives. Coach and mentor teams to embrace continuous improvement and change. Facilitate workshops, project teams, and formal training. Support other divisions in delivering process improvements with urgency. Apply problem-solving techniques and SPC data to drive measurable results. Key Requirements Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering, Business, or 10+ years' relevant experience. Strong lean management, problem solving, and facilitation skills (Six Sigma Black Belt level advantageous). Proven ability to influence across teams and deliver results under tight timelines. Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills. Commercially aware, pragmatic, and detail-focused. Continuous Improvement Manufacturing experience.
