Experience using ERP, MRP or other business management systems. Understanding of technical documentation, document control and data management processes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work across departments and liaise with customers. Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. A proactive approach to continuous improvement, process optimisation and digital innovation. Interest in automation, reporting tools and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions. Desirable Power BI experience. Experience with Power Automate or workflow automation.
