Who You Are Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience leading small-to-medium sized design teams. Process Advocate: Deep understanding of the Digital Design Workflow with a proven commitment to maintaining high quality standards and execution excellence. Technical Expertise: 8+ years in digital design or architecture, ranging from complex algorithmic IP to full SoC designs including CPU subsystems and interconnect fabrics (e.g., AMBA/AXI). Academic Background: PhD or Master's degree in Electronics or a related field. Communication Specialist: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical roadmaps to diverse audiences.
