We are seeking a highly motivated Network Engineer to support, maintain, and improve our enterprise network infrastructure. Responsibilities Support, configure, and maintain enterprise network systems, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud-based network services. Perform network monitoring, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure high availability and optimal performance. Assist in designing and implementing secure, scalable network solutions aligned with organizational goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve network issues and support business initiatives. Document network processes, configurations, and incident resolutions clearly and accurately. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to network incidents as needed. Qualifications Strong foundation in networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, subnets, routing, switching, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and network security principles. Hands on experience with both Cisco Switching and Meraki Wireless. Experience with SASE security platforms, especially Zscaler. Experience with Cloudflare Zero Trust, Palo Alto Prisma Access or Netskope is also valuable. Demonstrated troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify, isolate, and resolve network issues. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts clearly. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Hands on experience with Palo Alto Firewall technology. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.
