Your Responsibilities Provide hands on IT support for the Leyland manufacturing environment, ensuring reliable operation of shopfloor systems, end user devices, and plant connected IT services to minimise downtime and support safe, efficient production. Manage and prioritise support requests affecting production, warehouse, and factory based users, ensuring incidents are resolved or escalated in line with business impact and operational urgency.
