This is a hands on role where you'll assemble electronic products, identify issues and support the wider production and engineering teams. Responsibilities Assembly of products through both surface mount and conventional processes Follow clear step by step procedures to check products meet quality standards Help identify and communicate any assembly errors or faulty components Maintain a clean, safe and well organised work area Requirements Previous experience in PCB assembly - both surface mount and conventional Good attention to detail and accuracy in following instructions Able to work carefully and safely in a technical environment Strong communication skills and a positive, team focused attitude
