You are a Master's graduate in computer science, with 0-3 years of working experience. You have strong analytical skills. You have a strong interest in equities, derivatives, commodities, algorithmic trading, high frequency trading, market making, IT and risk management. Your personality is characterised as down-to-earth, steadfast, firm, and your integrity is beyond reproach. In this role, you will design and build automated tooling and dashboards that support and enhance our trading operations, while staying close to the processes themselves and ensuring they run smoothly in practice. Our business evolves rapidly, and Operations plays a critical role in enabling this growth - supporting new initiatives while ensuring processes remain robust, controlled, and resilient. The team safeguards the business against operational risk, while continuously improving how we operate. You will work closely with traders, risk management, data engineers, software engineers, and legal & compliance to design, maintain, and continuously improve scalable operational processes. As an automation first team, we combine strong technical capability with hands on operational ownership - building workflows that run reliably with minimal manual intervention, while remaining close enough to intervene when needed.
