A little bit about the role. As an Architectural Technician, you will be a vital part of our delivery team, working closely under the guidance of the senior management team. Your primary focus will be utilizing AutoCAD to produce high-quality, detailed working drawings that bring our bespoke residential schemes to life. Site & Subcontractor Support: Assist in resolving day-to-day site queries quickly and accurately, and cross-check subcontractor drawings to ensure they align with our master packages. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our in-house Land, Planning, Commercial, and Construction teams to ensure design accuracy, as well as cross-checking sales brochures for technical consistency. Desired Skills and Experience HNC (L5) in Construction (or equivalent) Proficient use of AutoCAD Up-to-date knowledge and effective application of UK building regulations Breadth of knowledge in construction methods/techniques and depth in traditional methods Effective understanding and application of relevant design standards.
