Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of clients byscheduling regular calls and meetings to ensure they are using our systemseffectively. Build strong, long-term clientrelationships that foster loyalty and reduce churn. Configure bespoke system setups fornew clients, tailoring each implementation to suit their specific operationalneeds. Drive sales by closing leadsprovided by the company as well as self-generated opportunities. Meet with prospects and existingclients to maintain and grow your account base. Develop a deep understanding of ourservices to train clients and explain complex setups in a clear and accessiblemanner. Act as the link between CustomerSupport and Customer Success, ensuring client tasks are completed efficientlyand communication remains transparent throughout the process.
