As a Senior developer, you will be working across the full development lifecycle, working with our developers' team to provide outstanding solutions. You will help maintain and develop backend services, including our applications and websites. SILA Linguists is searching for experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our team. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend services and APIs that power our applications. Position: Full-time Senior Backend Developer Responsibilities: Designing and implementing scalable backend architectures using Python, Java, C#, or Node.js. Developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints to support frontend applications. Integrating with various databases including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. Deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Implementing microservices architecture and containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes. Ensuring code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD). Implementing security best practices including JWT, OAuth, and SSL/TLS protocols.
