Job Title and Location We are looking for a qualified Fire & Security Engineer to join our Property Compliance Team covering the Devon area. Salary £32,490.00 - £39,710.00 per year. Responsibilities Test, service, and install fire systems, emergency lighting, AOV, and CCTV. Identify faults and carry out repairs. Install door entry, door access, and door operator systems. Use IT technology such as iPads for job work. Requirements Minimum of 2 years industry experience. FIA or equivalent certifications. Electrical qualification desirable but not essential. Proven industry experience for fire/door entry & access. Training can be provided for the right candidate. Experience working in occupied premises. Excellent customer service skills. Confidence using IT technology (e.g., iPads). Full and current driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and ability to drive a company van. Ideally living within a 20 mile radius of Exeter. Subject to satisfactory licence check and essential qualifications check. Benefits Tool allowance.
