The Role: As a CNC Machinist, you'll be a vital part of our manufacturing process, responsible for: Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC machines. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. Selecting appropriate tooling and work-holding methods. Ensuring a "Right First Time" approach to all tasks. Collaborating with the quality team to ensure part conformity and traceability. Communicating equipment needs with team leaders and managers. What We're Looking For: Experience with 5-axis CNC machines. Experience with Heidenhain and/or Fanuc systems. Ability to read engineering drawings and work to tight tolerances. Skilled in using measuring tools (e.g. Vernier callipers, bore micrometres). Self-motivated and able to work independently. Preferred: Knowledge of metallic materials.
