What You Will Do Collaborate with Technology & Business teams across UTA to integrate governance requirements into product and operational workflows Maintain and update authoritative data for clients, talent, buyers, and other critical entities, ensuring a single source of truth across all agency systems. Monitor data request submissions, manage status reporting, and escalate critical delivery issues Serve as a primary point of contact for data-related inquiries and issues from various departments. Drive investigation and hands on remediation of high impact data incidents. Research problems, provide solutions, and communicate findings clearly Proactively identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies within and across applications. Implement and execute data cleansing and enrichment processes to ensure data is accurate, complete, and reliable Ensure strict adherence to established data governance policies, standards, and procedures of data entry, storage, usage and security. Monitor compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. Support internal and external audits, risk assessments, and remediation efforts Support the measurement of SLAs and KPIs for data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
