Position Summary The Planning Analyst is responsible for ensuring strong material availability for both internal and external customers, supporting Production and Servicing across the organisation. The role plays a key part in building high quality materials planning processes that align with organisational goals and operational excellence. The Planning Analyst will help introduce improved ways of working and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Major Responsibilities Alignment of the demand and supply plan for components and spare parts to ensure a high availability of material and optimisation of inventory. Ownership of the SAP material master and the item creation process. Identification of AI and machine learning capabilities and implementation into Organox operations. Responsible for PowerBi KPI development and maturity of the reporting process. Providing SAP Super User support to the wider organisation. Participating in cross functional projects to improve material planning processes and operational efficiency. Ensuring new product introductions are effectively planned and handed to Procurement to action. Collaborate with cross functional teams to establish workflows that integrate seamlessly with other business functions and teams, promoting inclusion, innovation of thought and operational excellence. Act as a coach and mentor within the Planning function and the wider Operations function. Supporting initiatives to enhance delivery performance and cost optimisation. Ensuring all material planning activities comply with relevant standards (ISO 13485, FDA, BSI). Continuously assess and optimise planning processes to drive efficiency, scalability and cost effectiveness. Implement best in class practices to meet the evolving growing needs of the business. Skills & Experience Demonstrable experience in a similar role within the medical, manufacturing, or related sector. Expert user of MRP and ERP systems, such as SAP Business One or SAP R/4 HANA. Proven experience in the development of KPIs using software such as PowerBi or SAP analytics. Strong analytical abilities with experience in handling complex datasets. Ability to work effectively across multi disciplinary teams, including Production, Purchasing, Servicing, Quality, Engineering and Finance. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel. Proactive approach with strong problem solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a related subject or similar demonstratable experience. A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in a materials planning / analysis role (essential). Formal Lean 6 Sigma training an advantage. Position Summary The Full Stack Developer is a hands on software engineering role within the Digital team, contributing to the delivery of applications and solutions across OrganOx digital platforms. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external development partners, the Full Stack Developer designs, builds, and maintains features across the stack, supporting solutions that have a direct impact on clinical outcomes. This is an on site position in Oxford. Major Responsibilities Undertaking coding and software design work to deliver defined requirements across multiple digital projects, including web and mobile solutions. Delivering back end development including API design and working with multiple database paradigms. Participating in daily stand ups, design reviews, and collaborative team activities with internal and external teams. Developing automation including build pipelines, DevOps workflows, and business process automation. Using source control, code review systems, and modern development tooling to maintain code quality and consistency. Developing unit tests and contributing to shared responsibility for code quality and design reviews. Supporting Product Owners and Business Analysts in refining requirements and technical specifications. Ensuring developments are completed on time and to agreed quality and regulatory standards. Contributing to technical documentation and quality controls. Developing a strong understanding of OrganOx products and their impact on the business and on patients' lives. Strong full stack development experience centred on Microsoft technologies and platforms (C#, SQL Server, Azure). Solid knowledge of web and cloud technologies, security, communications, and API based architectures, ideally within IoT or scientific systems. Experience with DevOps practices including configuration management, build pipelines, and continuous deployment. Generalist engineering mindset with experience or interest in additional languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including Clean Code, SOLID principles, unit testing, and continuous integration. Comfortable working within Agile based development approaches such as Scrum and Test Driven Development, ideally in regulated environments. Additional experience with Linux, time series data, or business intelligence is advantageous. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies and develop solutions.
