The Role The IT Manager & Hands on Principal Technician is responsible for providing advanced technical support, managing IT infrastructure (including networking), and ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT systems across all sites. The role will involve working closely with the Head of Technology to roll out the vision for IT operations, network, and infrastructure improvements across the business. Responsibilities Lead, mentor and develop a small IT team, including performance management, workload planning via ticketing systems and ongoing skills development Oversee day-to-day IT operations while balancing strategic improvement initiatives and long-term technology roadmap.
