You will be involved in a variety of projects across the business creating relevant reports for management and cross functional partner review, through this you will gain a deep knowledge and understanding of the Cromwell retail business. Qualifications Analytical / Mathematical background in numerate discipline (STEM Degree preferred). Highly motivated problem solver with attention to detail, able to take the initiative and drive results proactively. Effective time management skills, ability to balance multiple projects while keeping stakeholders well informed throughout the process. Preferred experience creating and maintaining dashboards to drive and lead business initiatives. Preferred Skills: SQL, Excel, Dashboard Software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
