Cumbria Arts and Culture Network is seeking a Senior Stage Technician (Head of Stage) for Theatre by the Lake. The successful candidate will lead the stage department, collaborating closely with the Head Of Lighting and Head Of Sound to ensure high-quality technical support for productions. You must have a minimum of three years' experience in professional theatre and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service. This is a permanent role with an annual salary of £30,676 and a holiday entitlement of 31 days per year.

Senior Stage Technician (Head of Stage) - Theatre by the Lake Closing date: Mon 15 June Theatre by the Lake are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Technician with a specialism in Stage to lead the stage department and work alongside their existing Head Of Lighting and Head Of Sound, and their pool of full time and casual technicians as part of TBTL's technical team. You should be committed to high-quality work and have a keen interest in working in producing theatre. You will be joining our existing LX, Sound and Production Technicians in our evolving team as we look ahead to an exciting programme for 2026/27, providing an excellent service to our customers, visiting artists and community users. Ideally, you will have at least three years' experience working in a professional producing theatre or touring professional productions. Volunteer Music Director - Eden Valley Artistic Network This volunteer position requires attending a monthly director meeting in Penrith for 1-2 hours to help manage EVAN's music programming. The role may include paid work for specific projects. Responsibilities Continue organising existing music events and coordinate with partners to arrange venues and dates. Liaise with Westmorland & Furness Council, Penrith Town Council, and the BID to secure ongoing funding. Develop new funding streams where possible. Identify paid opportunities for EVAN music members.
