We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help shape and scale our technology platform as we pursue our ambitious vision. In this role, you'll take a leading hand in both frontend and backend systems delivering high quality development and thoughtful technical solutions across the product lifecycle. While your primary focus will be coding and architecture, you'll also support and guide other developers, helping to foster a culture of quality, curiosity, and continuous improvement. You're a skilled individual contributor and a collaborative technical champion, someone who enjoys working closely with others to build scalable, efficient, and well crafted applications using modern frameworks and tools. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to design and build a robust, scalable, and high-performance real-time data backbone. In this role you will lead the design, development, and implementation of a real-time data backbone. This position focuses on building and maintaining scalable, high-performance data pipelines that support real-time data processing and analytics. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the infrastructure meets the business's growing data needs while leveraging modern technologies for efficient data ingestion, storage, and analysis. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable real-time data pipelines and infrastructure. Integrate various data sources and ensure seamless real-time data flow across the organisation. Build efficient, fault-tolerant, and highly available data ingestion processes. Monitor and improve data pipeline performance and scalability for low-latency and high-throughput. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders, to ensure data infrastructure aligns with business objectives. About You Hands-on experience in data engineering with a proven track record of building and managing real-time data pipelines across a track record of multiple initiatives. Expertise in developing data backbones using distributed streaming platforms (Kafka, Spark Streaming, Flink, etc.). Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for real-time data ingestion and storage. Programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or a similar language. You'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that power personalised advertising, customer journey analytics, audience segmentation, and real-time bidding strategies. Working closely with BI, data engineers, and product teams, you'll help build scalable AI solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes for some of the world's most recognised brands. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Multi-Agent Design: Design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent systems and generative AI features for Mar Tech challenges including ad targeting, user segmentation, and content personalisation. Advanced Agentic Workflows: Research and implement agentic design patterns such as planning, reflection, and tool usage using orchestration frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across the organisation to translate ambiguous business objectives into discrete agent personas, tool definitions, and behavioural boundaries. Performance & Guardrails: Monitor and optimise multi-agent systems in production, tracking agent-specific metrics including token efficiency, execution loops, and tool-calling accuracy to ensure system reliability. Security & Compliance: Maintain high standards for data security, model explainability, and mitigation of agent-specific risks such as prompt injection and unintended tool execution in compliance with GDPR and CCPA. Mentorship & Best Practices: Support and develop junior engineers and help champion best practices in agent-oriented programming, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and scalable cloud infrastructure.
