You are not only on the front lines of recovery-you lead the crew, set the standard for safety and professionalism, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and in accordance with company and IICRC standards. When it matters most, we show up with heart-and we need leaders who do the same. What You'll Do Lead and supervise mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sites Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage caused by fire, water, mold, and weather related events Perform and oversee water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standards Develop drying plans and monitor progress to ensure proper equipment placement and moisture goals are met Remove and dispose of damaged building materials safely and efficiently Decontaminate, clean, and deodorize affected interior spaces Collaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store salvageable items Document job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes using PSA and other required software Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, adjusters, and internal teams Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times Ensure proper setup, operation, cleaning, and storage of tools and equipment Train and mentor Mitigation Technicians to uphold quality and safety standards Follow warehouse and vehicle protocols, including daily documentation of consumables and equipment use Ready to Join Us?
