Requirements: Hard Skills Bachelor's degree in a design-related field (or equivalent experience). 6-10 years of experience in web design, with a strong portfolio of web projects. Strong proficiency in web design principles, user interface (UI) design, and user experience (UX) design. Demonstrated experience in creating user-friendly and responsive web designs. Understanding of HTML/CSS and web design best practices. Knowledge of WCAG and accessibility principles. Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Familiarity with web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics). Understanding of SEO basics. Ability to implement animations and micro-interactions. Familiarity with corporate and B2B web design (plus).
