You will identify interface risks between subsystems, challenge unclear scope, maintain visibility of engineering priorities and actively remove blockers that threaten milestones. You will ensure documentation, configuration control and engineering outputs are complete and consistent before release to production. Working closely with the Head of Engineering and discipline leads, you will step into a live programme and bring structure, urgency and technical clarity. To qualify: You should be a Project Engineer, Marine Engineer, Delivery Engineer, Systems Integration Engineer, Senior Project Engineer or similar with a CV that demonstrates: Degree in Mechanical, Structural, Marine Engineering or related discipline Strong experience delivering complex hardware systems into production Proven ability to drive engineering work from concept through to manufacturing release Experience coordinating across multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers Solid understanding of engineering workflows, documentation and configuration control Experience using modern project or task management tools to prioritise, track and drive engineering delivery in fast moving environments Confidence operating in fast paced, accountable environments Exposure to class society requirements such as DNV or LR, system level integration, installation or field operations, and experience with PLM systems such as Teamcenter would be advantageous.
