Job Description We are looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist to join our IT team here in Leicester supporting all areas of the business. You will be responsible for handling day-to-day enquiries from retail and support colleagues, as a first point of contact. You will be expected to advise on the resolution of issues that fall within your remit, and to escalate other issues within the wider IT team or external support providers.
