Business Solutions Manager - Commercial (BSM) The Business Solutions Manager - Commercial (BSM) is a senior level contributor who serves as a strategic bridge between commercial business stakeholders, product management, and technology teams. What You'll Do: Partner closely with business partners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver valuable features and enhancements. Lead business analysis activities across the full delivery lifecycle, from discovery and problem definition through implementation and post release optimization. Collaborate with Business and IT leadership to shape solution options, delivery approaches, and roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy. Facilitate and participate in planning activities such as story mapping, backlog refinement, and solution reviews, ensuring shared understanding across teams. Serve as a functional and domain expert for assigned commercial supporting platforms and integrations, supporting issue triage, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement. Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements, translating them into clear, consumable user stories and acceptance criteria. Support system design, configuration, testing (including UAT), documentation, training, and change enablement activities. Apply analytical and creative problem solving skills to address complex challenges, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and long term platform health. Provide functional leadership, mentoring and coaching to other business analysts, helping establish consistent analysis practices and quality standards as the team grows. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 6+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial processes, or business facing technology roles. Demonstrated experience supporting commercial business units and strong functional commercial acumen. Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. SAP and/or Digital Commerce experience. Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, and acceptance criteria. SAP Functional Analyst The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for providing deep functional expertise across multiple SAP modules, supporting business operations through configuration, enhancements, and solution design. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high quality SAP solutions, lead functional workshops, and provide 3rd line support where required. What You'll Do SAP Functional Expertise Provide expert functional knowledge across at least two SAP modules (e.g., MM Purchasing, MM Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Vendor Management). Deliver support for assigned functional areas. Design and configure enhancements and project related solutions, independently or collaboratively. Identify and implement SAP functionality not currently configured. Functional Specification & Solution Design Produce clear, high quality functional specifications understandable to both business and technical audiences. Ensure alignment with approved business requirements and project documentation. Maintain and update solution documentation to ensure traceability and accuracy. Obtain stakeholder and Senior Functional Analyst sign off within agreed timelines. Workshops & Stakeholder Engagement Prepare structured workshop materials, including diagrams and clear objectives. Communicate workshop agendas effectively to stakeholders in advance. Lead workshops with clear presentation of concepts, objectives, and follow up actions. Quality, Accuracy & Time Management Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistent working methods. Seek guidance when required to avoid assumptions or errors.
