We are currently seeking a flexible In-house IT Support Engineer to support our continued growth. As an IT Support Engineer, you would be responsible for working with our MSP to assist our clinical and non-clinical staff with their technical needs, administering internal systems, ensuring documentation is up to date and accurate, and visiting our various locations to assist with troubleshooting and hardware installation. Your role would be to provide the technical support that's needed to ensure our Nurses and Vets can work quickly and efficiently, helping as many pets as possible. We are a small flexible team, so there would be ample opportunities to get involved with new and exciting projects and up-skill into various technologies and platforms.
