As an Ecommerce Account Executive, your main role will be managing client relationships, whilst playing a key role in the delivery of website, mobile app, creative, and marketing projects across our client portfolio. Responsibilities The day to day management of clients' websites, development projects, and retained services Pro active learning of Shopify and the wider ecommerce ecosystem Regular communication and liaison with clients The organisation of client briefs and feedback Monitoring and reporting on project progress against an agreed schedule and budget Contribute to ideas for our portfolio of clients. Ensure the completion of projects to a specific schedule, within an agreed budget and brief Overseeing development project administration, such as meetings, follow ups, and briefs Supporting your line manager with their website projects & retained projects.
