With a strong pipeline of residential and commercial projects across the UK, this role offers the chance to work on a diverse range of developments from private schemes to large scale master planning projects. Responsibilities Work on various residential and non residential projects across the UK, from small private developers to national house builders and master planning schemes. Liaise and communicate with clients, third party consultants and council officers. Collaborate with the wider engineering team. Delegate tasks to technicians/apprentices and provide assistance throughout. Use drainage and 3D design software such as Flow and PDS to model drainage networks and produce road designs/ground models. Prepare submission packs for planning (Outline/Detail/Full). Complete technical design submissions (S38/S278/S104) through to approval. Prepare groundworks packages for tender and construction. Produce private engineering designs for on plot civil works. Understand the planning process and associated documents (e.g. Flood Risk Assessments). About You Minimum 2+ years' experience in infrastructure design.
