Essential Experience Experience in a Technical Services Manager, Engineering Manager, Contract Manager, Building Services Manager, or similar role within Facilities Management. Strong knowledge of hard FM service delivery within commercial or corporate environments. Experience managing maintenance contracts, specialist suppliers, and engineering teams. Proven understanding of statutory compliance and engineering best practice. Experience working within a customer-focused environment with responsibility for client relationships. Strong knowledge of M&E building services and critical infrastructure. Qualifications Relevant technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering. IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health and safety qualification. Demonstrable understanding of current facilities management legislation and compliance requirements. Skills & Attributes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong leadership and people management capability. Commercial awareness and budget management experience.
