Experience & Skills Degree in Quality, Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience). 8+ years' experience in quality management within manufacturing or industrial environments. Proven leadership of ISO 9001 implementation, certification and audits. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory certifications (UL, CE, UKCA). Experience applying Lean, root cause analysis or similar continuous improvement methods. Confident influencer able to work cross-functionally without direct authority.
