Project Manager / Business Analyst BAE Systems - Enterprise IT Transformation (Submarines Cyber Work Transfer Project) Location: Remote - with some travel to Barrow Duration: 6 months Hourly Rate: £52.93 PAYE or £71.45 Umbrella Hours: 37 Hours per week Role Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a critical Cyber assurance work transfer project within BAE Systems. The role sits within a small transformation team delivering a key IT change programme, moving cyber assurance services into a central Shared Services function. You will support project delivery across planning, governance, requirements, and business change activities. This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong coordination, stakeholder management, and delivery focus. Key Responsibilities Manage and track project plans and progress Support governance, reporting, and delivery assurance Manage requirements and ensure traceability through delivery Support scope changes and project re-baselining Carry out business analysis activities Work closely with the Transformation Manager and wider stakeholders Requirements Proven experience in project management and/or business analysis Experience working in defence or highly regulated environments Strong stakeholder management and delivery skills Ability to work in a small, fast-paced team Security Requirements SC Clearance required UK Defence experience essential UK eyes only project - eligibility restrictions apply
